Returns & Exchanges
Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization. Customers have 5 days from the date of receiving the item to receive a return authorization email, along with shipping out their return item. A return authorization is MANDATORY for all returns/exchanges. You will need to put a copy of your return authorization email in your package or it will not be accepted. If you do not include your return authorization email in your package, your return will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
Once we receive it, you will get an in-store credit towards new items. All returned items will be credited to the customers account with an in-store credit only and you will receive an email when this is done. We do charge a 15% restocking fee on all items that are being returned. The remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account in form of in-store credit only. Shipping is not refunded.
No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:
-Jewelry and accessories
-Home decor items
-Special order items

We will accept no more than 2 items returned within a month period (30 day intervals) and every single item returned will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
